Notes:
1. 2010 Gulbarga Dakshin assembly by-poll is due to sudden death of BJP MLA Chandrasekhara Patil Revoor from heart attack at Sedam railway station. BJP declined to give ticket to his family member. JD (S) used that opportunity and gave ticket to his wife. Congress Party candidate Ajay Singh is son of ex-chief minister Dharam Singh.
